We have written previously about the strange world of process automation. A very recent article at BPMS Watch, entitled ‘What is a process’ sums up the madness. This is one reason why we are not great fans of BPMN and why, certainly where End Users are concerned, BPMN and swimlanes should be avoided like the plague.
